Trisha's WHY is embedded deeply in her core values; family, friendships, healthy living, and teamwork. She prides herself in offering compassionate care to empower others to live their best, most healthful lives. Her clean beauty journey began one night in February 2016. As a registered nurse who had worked in cosmetic dermatology, Trisha learned that the industry she had worked in for years, was not as it appeared. She learned that there were toxic ingredients lurking in the personal care products she was using on herself and her family every single day. She learned that the people she loved were not protected from these toxic ingredients and she felt empowered to do something about it. Most recently, as Trisha has personally entered the world of perimenopause, she has become passionate about helping women manage and optimize their overall health by feeling empowered to understand, manage, and advocate for their wellbeing. In 2025, Trisha became a certified hormone health coach as well as a HeartMath Trauma-Sensitive Practitioner. This has enabled her to help women take a holistic, in-sync
approach to their health so they can start feeling confident in
their body and empowered to advocate for their wellness.
As a Registered Nurse, Hormone Health Coach, HeartMath Practitioner, and leader of a waterless beauty business, I strive to help others feel the empowerment and confidence that comes with learning about holistic wellness and what creating a business can provide while helping one person at a time become the best version of themselves.
The beginning…
Trisha started at Beautycounter as all new Consultants do; she signed up, purchased her favourite products at a discount, and started sharing the brand’s mission with passion and commitment. With her heart leading the way and a purpose driven mindset, she earned a position as a Canadian Founding Member with the company, earned incentives, and within just 3 years, she lead her team of change makers to a Managing Director level, the highest-level in the company.
She is PROOF that growing a business with 3 kids under 3 IS POSSIBLE. That you DO NOT have to sacrifice your core values to help others build empowered businesses and lead beautiful lives. She shows up as a team player and she knows that the best teams are successful through teamwork.
What started as an opportunity for her to experience clean products at a discount, quickly turned into a passion for her to share her new knowledge with the people she cared about.
One by one she has educated people about ingredient safety, while using her background as a registered nurse in cosmetic dermatology to solve skin care needs using clean ingredients.
